Sometimes last year God laid in our hearts to start a school and we shared with some persons as we were led,they ran with the vision and gave their support, which lead to the opening of Restorer of Paths Academy. The school’s burden is to raise a godly and excellent foundation in our generation and set a standard for other generations.

Our mandate:

-Raise godly and excellent foundation

-Help the orphans and destitutes

-Restoring the value for education in our society

Restorer of Paths Academy which is an arm of Restorer of Paths Care Foundation is also a faith based school, charity oriented, most of the children are from the Orphanage and some from our immediate community.

Restorer of Paths Academy took off at the beginning of the new session in 2024, the school at it starting has kindergarten,pre pri,pri1- 4. In her first session we have 16 registered students.

Considering the mandate of the school, the school will only employ qualified graduates and trained teachers, and this has made it a bit difficult for her to get who and the kind of teachers we want. We have 3 full time and once we had a volunteer during her holidays.

Restorer of Paths Academy in July celebrated her one year. The impact and results gotten from the pupils were quite impressive. Those who could read before the school started had improved.

One of our students whose parents abandoned them and are two siblings was given scholarships for her and her little brother, amazingly they both came out best in their class.

One of the success stories is our 16 year old trafficked survivor who has joined the school. Job 14:7
[7]For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease.

The Restorer of Paths Academy is giving hope to the hopeless.

Challenges

The new session for 2024/2025 begins September 9 2024

-New book will be required for the new class especially primary 5.

  • Toys are needed for the play class
  • Laptops or Desktop for their computer class
  • Teacher’s Salary – Our teachers are paid #23,000 monthly and 3 new teachers will be employed as school resumes. Hoping to improve the teachers salary to #30,000.
  • Each child school is calculated @ #68,000 per student:
  • Termly fee #25,000
  • Books #18,000
  • Uniforms #15,000 Two pair of shorts and skirts, games wear, stocking
  • One meal #10,000
  • Together we succeed.
  • We are also trusting God for a school bus to unable us reach out to children we know are within the locality who can afford school, they are orphans,we know about them but due to the distance they can be reached. Together we can help them to get educated, which is the first best gift anyone can give to a child.

RESPACFO is a faith based organization,where we believe with God nothing is impossible. In September we began running a school for orphans and children who it’s obvious their parents don’t have the well without. Our school is intended to raise a standard of excellence and godliness. We started in September 2023 with the total number of 12 pupils,ten from the Orphanage,two from the neighborhood. A month later,we admitted 2 children who were abound by their father and were living in an uncompleted building. After proper investigation,it was clear the woman and her children needed help. About the third term,we got two more children from a young farmer who lost the wife and was left with two children to charter for,8 and 6 years old. Today we have a total of sixteen pupils and 3 teachers and on undergraduate as volunteer. All our children are under scholarships, how do you run the school has been a very big question in the heart of everyone. As a faith organization,we got this burden to help and trust God to bring destiny helpers to partner with us to help the less privileged one in our society.

Each child tuition fee person session is :

Term fee:#18,000

Games wear: #5,000

Books: 13,800

Feeding:#25,000

Sandals:#12,000

Total fee per annual: #73,000

Subsequent term is #18,000+#25,000 for feeding.

Each teacher salaries is #20,000,head teacher #30,000.

You can support a child,or pay one of the teachers monthly.

Sarah 14 Year Old Mother

Sarah was taking from Benue when she was 6 years by her mother when she lost the father,the mother then remarried and when she was 8 the stepfather took her to Lagos and was given out as a house help. She was given out to ten different homes by the time she was ten,and according to her money was being paid to her stepfather. When she turned 10, she ran away from the home she was given to and ended up under the bridge in Lagos. On a certain day security men came on security clearance and she was taken along other to the police station where she spent 3 months until an NGO(Ogedegede Development Foundation) came on an advocacy visit to the station and her case was mentioned to them. They now did the referral to us. Sarah was taken to a shelter in Abuja and became unruly. By the time we rescued she was one month pregnant. She is in the shelter and the baby is doing well
